Trigg woman accused of embezzling $4k from employer

A Cadiz woman is in jail for allegedly embezzling thousands of dollars from a Trigg County store while employed there.
The report says 43-year old Michele Walker of 182 Crestview Lane is charged with Felony Theft for allegedly pocketing just over $4,400 that was meant to be deposited into a bank account while an employee of the Ideal Market on Main St.
Ms. Walker was an assistant manager of the store on December 11th, when the alleged crime happen. An arrest warrant was issued for Walker and it was served by Cadiz Police Officer Randy Clark Friday evening.
