| Cadiz woman charged with DUI after wreck |

A Trigg County woman was arrested for allegedly driving impaired after a hit and run wreck Friday night. Cadiz Police charged 49-year old Julie Coleman of Anna Street with her first DUI just after 10pm, according to the report, which says Ms. Coleman turned from Main St. onto Cunningham Avenue and hit a vehicle driven by 19-year old Michaela Creed of Cadiz. Coleman allegedly kept driving until she was found at her home, where she told officers she had taken pills and didn’t remember the wreck. Officer Richard Martin made the arrest. |
