|
Greenwade An arrest was made yesterday morning after Hopkinsville Police responded to a burglary in progress. The arrest card says officers were dispatched to 1201 Broad Street for a possible ongoing burglary just before 9am. When police arrived, they reportedly found 56-year old Marvin Greenwade walking from the rear south side of the residence holding some type of cutting tool. Greenwade was reportedly pushing a shopping cart taken from Big Lots with five circuit breakers with cut wires hanging from them. A check of the residence revealed all but one circuit breaker had been cut from the breaker box and the wiring on the breakers in the shopping cart matched the ones left in the home. Greenwade was arrested and charged with Burglary and Possession of Burglary Tools and was lodged in the Christian County Jail. ** |
