Three Hopkinsville men summonsed to court for trespassing while hunting

Three Hopkinsville men were summonsed to court yesterday morning on charges of hunting on someone’s property without permission.

A criminal Summons was issued by the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Department for 20-year old Ethan Calvert, 25-year old Jeffery Johnson and 19-year old Dylan Colley, all of Hopkinsville.

Calvert and Johnson were found and summonsed at 403 West 9^th Street and Colley at 211 Dell Drive. The warrants don’t say where the men were caught allegedly trespassing, but says all three were found killing five “water fowl” on December 17^th on land where they did not have permission to hunt.

The land they were on was reportedly fenced in and is a working farm.
