Hopkinsville City Council meets tonight

The Hopkinsville City Council will be meeting tonight for the first time in the new year.

During tonight’s meeting, the council will receive reports from officers, committees, and guest speakers including the surface and stormwater utility board.

The city council will also appoint a new committee of the whole chairman.

The city council meeting will take place at 6 p.m. and will be held at the Lackey Municipal building located at 101 North Main Street.
