The murder case against a teen accused of fatally shooting a Cadiz man was bound to the Trigg County Grand Jury after probable cause was found in Trigg District Court.

19-year old Dwight Wisdom of Princeton is charged with one count of murder for his alleged role in the December 4^th fatal shooting of 26-year old Eric Jones of Cadiz at the Trigg County Recreation Complex.

Following Wisdom’s preliminary hearing, which was held at the Christian County Justice Center in the interest of greater security, the 19-year old’s attorney Will Kautz stated he was not surprised the case was bound to the grand jury.

Meanwhile, Kautz says he is optimistic about his client’s case.

As previously reported State Police Detective John Simms testified that the shooting was a result of a conflict that began between rival groups from Trigg and Caldwell Counties.
