Sova

A Hopkinsville man was arrested for his third DUI early yesterday morning.

The report from the Sheriff’s office says a detective witnessed 23-year old Joshua Sova of 1703 Tennessee St. speeding in a residential neighborhood and nearly running over a pedestrian on West 17^th St.

Sova reportedly admitted to having been drinking and allegedly told a deputy he knew where he lived and that he’d kill him and his family while being arrested.

Sova also allegedly became combative with staff at the Jennie Stuart Medical Center Emergency Room. He was arrested and charged with his third DUI, Resisting Arrest, Terroristic Threatening, Assault of a Police Officer, Careless Driving and Wanton Endangerment.
