Christian County woman facing jail time

A Christian County woman is now facing jail time.

55-year old Penny Jo Jones was indicted in November by a federal grand jury for allegedly committing fraud by receiving over $15,000 in social security money.

According to the indictment, the 55-year old received social security benefits for a child of a deceased relative that was no longer under her care and did not report the living situation to the social security administration.
