Kentucky State Trooper honored for making DUI arrests

A Kentucky State Trooper was recently recognized for taking a bite out of crime and keeping state roadways safe from impaired drivers.

The Kentucky Office of Highway Safety recently held its annual Governor’s Impaired Driving Enforcement awards ceremony in Lexington and honored Trooper Cory Hamby from Trigg County for making 69 impaired driving arrests from October 1st, 2010 through September 30th, 2011.

Trooper Hamby has been employed by the Agency since 2010 and is a native of Marion in Crittenden County.
