A Clarksville man was booked into the Montgomery County Jail early this morning after he allegedly shot his friend in the leg.
According to police, around 1:30 a.m. police were dispatched to 3837 Aly Shera Drive in reference to several teenagers fighting. 
While on the scene, witnesses told officers a 19-year old male was shot in the leg and was headed to the hospital in a private vehicle.
Through the course of investigation, officers determined 18-year old Laquinton Tillman of 3837 Aly Sheba Drive, Clarksville, brandished a handgun in an attempt to make numerous individuals leave and discharged and hit his 19-year old friend in the leg.
Police say the shooting victim was treated and released and charged Tillman with aggravated assault, possession/ purchasing of intoxicating liquor by/minors.
