Christian County Sheriff's Detective suspended

A Christian County Sheriff’s detective has been suspended without pay for an alleged off-duty incident.

A news release says Sheriff Livy Leavell suspended Detective Kent Roberts without pay, effective December 9th, for an alleged off-duty assault which is currently under investigation by Kentucky State Police.

Detective Roberts has been employed by the department since November of 2007.
