Western Ky. bus driver indicted for May 16 fatal wreck

The woman driving the school bus which crashed in far western Kentucky seven months ago today, killing one student, has been charged with multiple crimes.

A news release from State Police says 58-year old Anita Roach of Arlington has been charged with 2nd degree Manslaughter, five counts of Assault, 19 counts of Wanton Endangerment and three counts of doctor shopping for prescription pills.

Ms. Roach was driving the bus in Carlisle County May 16th when it wrecked on U.S. Highway 62 near the community of Cunningham, killing Logan Simpson. A Carlisle County Grand Jury indicted Ms. Roach on the charges yesterday.
