Hopkins County wreck injures one

A single-vehicle wreck in Hopkins County this morning injured a Greenville man.

The incident happened just after 1 on Kentucky Highway 254, when 43-year old Donald Gossett of Greenville was westbound when the right side tires of his vehicle dropped off the pavement.

Gossett then over-corrected, according to State Police, who say he crossed the center line and struck a concrete culvert. His vehicle came to rest facing east on the left side of the roadway.

Gossett, who was wearing his seat belt, was taken by ambulance to Regional Medical Center for his injuries.
