| Clarksville store employee arrested on embezzlement charges |

A Clarksville Sears employee has been arrested for allegedly using another cashier’s employee identification to steal nearly a thousand dollars worth of gift cards. The report from Clarksville Police says 20-year old Shanise Phillips of Southwood Drive, Clarksville allegedly rang up four separate gift cards totaling $942 using the other employees PIN number and did not pay. Police say Ms. Phillips would eventually admit to the crimes and was arrested and charged with Embezzlement. ** 12/02/2011/am |
