Boys: Hopkinsville improved to 18-2 on the season with a 66-51 win over Todd Central. The Tigers had only one player in double figures as Jordan Majors scored 17 points. Todd Central was led by C.J.Broderick with 21 points in falling to 6-16 on the season.
Other games: Fort Campbell defeated Community Christian in overtime 79-73, Hopkins Central over Dawson Springs 50-38, Madisonville over Owensboro 70-64, Marshall County over Lyon County 62-40, Graves County over Crittenden County 62-38, Evansville North over Henderson County 65-39, Bowling Green slid by Muhlenberg County 65-63, Lone Oak over Murray 70-59, Mayfield over Fulton City 54-48, Warren Central over South Warren 69-44 and Warren East beat Edmonson County 50-41.
Girls: Hopkinsville got by Todd Central 48-44. Christy Soldo led the 17-3 Tigers in scoring with 18 points, followed by Ashlee Cole with 11. Todd Central was led by Claire Hart with 12 points and Ariel Johnson had 11 for the Lady Rebels who fall to 14-6 on the season.
Other games: Marshall County edged Christian County 47-45, Community Christian over Fort Campbell 53-36, Heritage Christian Academy defeated Victory Christian 46-18, Calloway County over Caldwell County 71-49, Dawson Springs over Hopkins Central 48-40, Madisonville edged Owensboro 40-39, Edmonson County defeated Warren East 52-40, Warren Central over South Warren 45-28, Mayfield over Fulton City 56-30, Paducah Tilghman over Reidland 88-39.

1st region representative Murray plays 3rd region winner Owensboro Catholic at 5:30 today, with 4th region winner Monroe County playing Somerset at 8:30 this evening.
Top ranked Kentucky got 19 points off the bench from Darius Miller in defeating Georgia 57-44 in Athens. Kentucky improves to 20-1 on the season and 6-0 in the SEC with the win and is back in action Saturday at LSU.

The Nashville Predators played their last game before the NHL All Star break last night and defeated the Chicago Blackhawks 3-1. The Predators have now won 12 of their last 14 games.
