The Bowling Green Daily News reported Sunday WKU football player Leon Allen was arrested early Sunday morning. The sophomore running back from
A WKU spokesman says the school is investigating the situation. Allen—who was the Hilltoppers second leading rusher last season—is the fifth player to be arrested in the off season.
Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club had its club championship over the weekend. Hopkinsville High golfer TJ Janes won the championship flight with a 142 score, defeating Cameron Allen by two strokes. Allen's two day total was 144.
Ronnie Young won the First Flight with a 151, which was one stroke better than JP Blane's 152. Steve Akin won the Second Flight with a 162, with Tyler Perry second at 166.
