Congressman Ed Whitfield was in Trigg County Tuesday afternoon, where he briefly spoke to the Cadiz Rotary Club.
It was just one of several stops across western Kentucky this week, where Congressman Whitfield has had a chance to meet and talk with the public. He says the Affordable Care Act has been the hottest topic among citizens.
Congressman Whitfield says those who haven't lost their current coverage are often concerned about an increase in rates or deductible.
The Congressman will be in Elkton at Todd County Central High School Thursday afternoon at 2 to formally announce the $1.5 million dollar Economic Development Administration grant for the Todd Career Path Institute.
