Hopkinsville Police served a criminal summons against a woman Friday morning accused of intimidating the family of a victim in court.
Charged with intimidating a participant in a legal process is 44-year old Cinda Davis of Hopkinsville. The warrant says Davis' son appeared in court January 29 on a criminal rape of a minor charge.
Davis allegedly sat behind the mother of the victim and her daughter before court began and began calling them names. Davis is also accused of saying she could “get her easy” and allegedly said “I'm coming after you.”
When leaving court, Davis was allegedly waiting for the woman and her daughter outside of the Justice Center.
