Day two of the Western Kentucky State Fair will be a big onewith several pageants and the first night of pulls in the grandstand.
The Infant Pageant will begin at 2 in the convention center, to be followed by the baby and tiny tot pageants. The rides open at 4 and there will be a 4H-FFA Goat Show in the livestock pavilion at 6:30.
The Mrs. Western Kentucky State Fair Pageant kicks off at 7:30 in the convention center and organizer Betty Hayes is encouraging everyone to attend.
The Northern Kentucky Truck Tuggers Association will have several classes of pulls beginning at 7:30, according to Lewis Cleaver, who says there will be local participation in that event.
All rides are one dollar each and and admission to the fair is three dollars.
