Today is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day across the world and a ceremony will be held on Fort Campbell later this month.
Blanchfield Army Community Hospital will hold a Remembrance Ceremony and “Walk to Remember” October 24th from noon until 1:30. The event will have a butterfly release, memorial cup cakes, a handcrafted memento for each participant and there will be a guest speaker.
The ceremony will also feature special music and a time for reflection. The Remembrance Day is held to help those who have lost an unborn child or infant by bringing them together for fellowship and understanding.
