The City of Clarksville’s 1st vehicular homicide case for this year has been settled in court.
31-year old Vincent Deron Clark of Vine Street, who previously pled guilty to reckless homicide and reckless aggravated assault, received a four year concurrent sentence with one year to serve.
On July 16th, Clark turned himself into the Montgomery County Jail and was initially charged with vehicular homicide, criminally negligent homicide, reckless homicide and tow counts of aggravated assault for causing a fatal wreck on February 3rd that claimed the life of 20-year old Tyler Head of Springfield.
Clarksville Police also reported that 19-year old Lucas Haley of Springfield, 32-year old Vincent Clark and 26-year old Denesha Clark both of Clarksville were seriously injured in the collission.
Police say the fatal wreck was the result of a head-on collision at the 1500 block of Madison Street.
