Both of Kentucky's U.S. Senators addressed the Republican National Convention in Tampa Wednesday night and said it's time for a change in Washington.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell calls Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney the "man for this moment." Speaking to the large crowd, McConnell said the U.S. is in "desperate need of leadership."
Meanwhile, Senator Rand Paul spoke on President Obama's health care legislation, saying he still believes it to be unconstitutional, despite what the Supreme Court says.
He called the high court's ruling a "travesty of justice" and said the only remedy is a new president, who might appoint more conservative justices. Paul voiced support for Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, saying Romney knows how to create jobs and reduce the nation's soaring debt.
