Clarksville Police have new information regarding three open murder cases from the last two years and are asking for the public’s help to help them solve them.
The first case is the September 2010 death of 74-year old Jonah Russell Gray. A family member found Gray alone and deceased in his residence and his death was ruled homicide. Gray had been at work only five hours before his body was found.
The second case is from May 7th of last year, when multiple black males kicked open the door at 614 Bunker Hill and demanded money of the residents at gunpoint. Shot and killed was 37-year old Raul Arias Triana. Police believe the home invasion was not a random act and are confident it was a drug-related incident.
The most incident was January 6th of this year, when officers were called to the 1100 block of Main Street and found 33-year old Amanda Weyand and 23-year old Derrick Darnell Sherden of 1114 Main dead from gunshot wounds. Forensic evidence has generated some good leads that were not available at the time of the incident.
Anyone with information on any of the three cases is asked to call Clarksville Police at 931-645-8477.
