Hopkinsville Police arrested a local man for his fourth DUI in the last five years early this morning.
The arrest card for 36-year old Jason Lee Nanney of Hopkinsville says he was pulled over on Skyline Drive after pulling out of the parking lot at Skyline Liquors. Police say he failed to use a signal when exiting and had slurred speech and a strong odor of alcohol once stopped.
Nanney reportedly failed field sobriety tests and blew a .224 on the breath test once at the jail—nearly three times the legal limit. It was the fourth time in the last five years Nanney had been charged with driving impaired.
