A Clarksville man was injured yesterday afternoon when he ran off the road on his motorcycle near the Wal-Mart Distribution Center.
The report from Hopkinsville Police says 53-year old Michael Gibson of Clarksville was eastbound on Crenshaw Boulevard around 2:30 when he said he couldn’t see due to the sun being in his eyes.
Gibson said the last thing he remembered was going straight ahead and then woke up with people standing around him. He had run off the road and into a ditch and sustained shoulder and collar bone injuries.
He was taken by ambulance to Blanchfield Army Hospital on Fort Campbell.
