A Clarksville teenager was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center following a two-vehicle wreck in Christian County yesterday.
Christian County Sheriff’s Captain Chris Miller says 56-year old Hank Dawson of Herndon was northbound on Palmyra Road around 3:30 and said he didn’t see the westbound vehicle driven by 44-year old Jamie Shade of Clarksville on Kentucky 117.
Dawson struck Shade’s driver’s side, causing major damage. Dawson was taken by private vehicle to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of shoulder pain.
16-year old Ashley Shade was flown by helicopter to Vanderbilt for treatment of an apparent broken leg, while 14-year old Natalie Green was taken by ambulance to Blanchfield Army Hospital for treatment of a possible broken leg.
