The two suspects accused in the fatal shooting of a Fort Campbell soldier on Fidelio Road earlier this year were back in Christian County Circuit Court this afternoon after previously being formally arraigned on murder charges.
Hopkinsville Public Defender William Maddux, who is representing 25-year old Jessie Goslyn of Fort Campbell told Circuit Court Judge Andrew Self he needed more time in going over evidence regarding his client before the case goes any further.
Meanwhile, Paducah attorney Mark Bryant, who is representing Goslyn’s co-defendant, 24-year old Jared Tabor Long of Colorado also stated he needed more time to go over evidence regarding the case and is still awaiting lab results.
After hearing from both attorneys, Judge Self then set an August 29th pre-trial conference for both murder suspects.
Jessie Gosyln is accused of luring her husband, Vincent Gosyln to Fidelio Road, where Jared Long would be waiting to harm Vincent Goslyn. Long is accused of being the trigger man in the fatal shooting.
