The Christian County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two large thefts from recent days.
The first theft was reported late last week at 13394 Moore Road, where Donald Dexter told Sgt. Andre Radford that someone stole an 18-foot utility trailer from his property by breaking a lock.
The suspect also broke into Dexter’s fire-damaged home and stole two flashlights. No suspects are listed and the trailer is valued at 36-hundred dollars.
Deputy Eddie Frye took a report of a stolen 4-wheeler from 2305 Quail Club Rd. Sunday afternoon, where 74-year old Dallas Adams said someone stole his red Honda Four Track valued at 25-hundred dollars by taking it out of his yard.
Meanwhile, the 11-hundred dollar golf cart recently stolen from a Bell Chapel Road residence was located when Todd County Sheriff Joey Johnson and Deputy Gerald Barnett found it abandoned in a corn field off Fulcher School Road. The battery charger that goes with it is still missing.
