The man flown to a Nashville hospital after a wreck in Trigg County yesterday afternoon has been allowed to go home.
Officials at Vanderbilt University Medical Center say 29-year old Joshua Holley of Cadiz was discharged today. Kentucky State Police say 22-year old Nathaniel York of Cadiz and 2Holley were both southbound on Kentucky 1062—also known as the Maple Grove Road—just before 5:30.
York’s vehicle was headed south in the northbound lane and attempted to quickly get in the correct lane when he saw an oncoming car as they crested a hill. York’s vehicle clipped Holley’s left rear tire, causing Holley to lose control and run off the road.
Holley’s vehicle went airborne and hit a tree before coming to rest on the driver’s side. York was cited into court on reckless driving charges.
