Two Fort Campbell soldiers were arrested in Hopkinsville early this morning for allegedly breaking into vending machines in at least two different locations.
Hopkinsville Police were investigating break-ins at vending machines at Indian Hills IGA, Freds and Food Lion, with a witness giving a description of a white male getting into a red Pontiac Grand Am.
Soon after, an officer spotted a vehicle matching the description on Fort Campbell Boulevard near Lowes. The car was pulled over and officers say they found crow bars and a large quantity of one dollar bills.
The crow bars reportedly had damage consistent with the coke machines. Arrested and charged with possession of burglary tools, criminal mischief and receiving stolen property were 28-year old Logan Rosson of Fort Campbell and 26-year old Brian Howell of Brush Creek, Tennessee.
