A motorcycle wreck in south Christian County Saturday afternoon injured the biker.
A witness to the incident told Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Scott Noisworthy that 50-year old Tina Stumbaugh of 3308 Southgate, Hopkinsville was eastbound on Gracey-Herndon Road around 1pm when she swerved to avoid a pot hole and lost control of her motorcycle.
Ms. Stumbaugh traveled into an embankment on the right side of the road and was thrown to the ground. The report says she was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of chest injuries.
She was wearing a helmet at the time of the wreck.
