Kentucky State Police arrested two Caldwell County residents today following an investigation involving the custody of a juvenile.
State Police say they received a complaint shortly after noon about the non-custodial parents of a 17-year old had taken the minor from a foster home in Lyon County.
Shortly after receiving the call, troopers in the Madisonville district located the individuals and the child at a Princeton residence.
42-year old John Stockdale and 37-year old Tammy Stockdale were both charged with custodial interference, a class D felony and were lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
State Police say the juvenile was placed into the custody of the Department for Community Based Services.
