Kentucky State Police in the Bowling Green district say they are proud of the results of the annual nation-wide Click-it or Ticket campaign.
Captain Ricki Allen says during the campaign, troopers made 13 DUI arrests, issued 483 seat belt violations and issued 27 child restraint citations.
State troopers also made 96 felony arrests, recovered a stolen vehicle and apprehended 83 fugitives and issued over 550 traffic related offenses.
Captain Allen was quoted as saying he was very pleased with the hard work that troopers put forth during this enforcement period.
State Police throughout the Commonwealth participated in the national campaign which lasted from May 21st through Sunday.
