Governor Steve Beshear announced today that TeleTech of Colorado will be investing over $12 million dollars to open a state-of-the-art customer experience delivery center in Hopkinsville.
The new call center will reportedly add 500 to 700 jobs to Hopkinsville with Governor Beshear saying he is thrilled to see this type of growth and investment in the Commonwealth.
The 45,000 square-foot facility will be located at 4000 Fort Campbell Boulevard with operations to begin in the fall.
Founded in Denver, Colorado, TeleTech has over 41,000 employees and operates about 60 call centers around the world.
The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority approved the company for tax incentives of up to $6 million dollars to encourage the investment and job growth in Hopkinsville.
