A man accused of forcing his way into a Charlie Court apartment and then driving home drunk was arrested early yesterday morning.
The investigation began at 102 Charlie Court, where 20-year old Megan Barnes of Hopkinsville said 23-year old Justin Fish of Hopkinsville had knocked hard on her door around 3am and pushed his way inside when she answered.
Police later located Fish pulling into a driveway at 1903 Calvin Drive, where he reportedly failed field sobriety tests. He later blew a .157 on the breath test at the Christian County Jail.
Fish was charged with 2nd degree burglary, driving on a DUI suspended license, possession of a suspended license and was charged with his second DUI in the last five years.
