Someone cut a fence to get on a West 15th Street property to steal several items recently.
The report from Hopkinsville Police says the incident happened between March 23rd and Friday evening at 758 West 15th, where Judy Cross told officers the perpetrator made a hole in the fence to get inside.
Once in, he or she stole two aluminum mats worth 200 dollars and three semi truck batteries, valued at a total of 450 dollars. The suspect also stole an unknown amount of aluminum and copper materials by entering abandoned mobile homes and removing the metal from them.
No suspects are listed on the report.
