A wreck involving three motorcycles in Clarksville last night sent two bikers to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Clarksville Police say 27-year old Martha Gilreath was northbound on Fort Campbell Boulevard around 9:20 and had a green light, but not a green arrow to turn left onto Lafayette Road.
Police say 31-year old Amber Tuchsherer, 36-year old Tommy Tuchsherer and 44-year old Richard Brewster were riding three motorcycles southbound and were attempting to go through the green light.
Ms. Gilbreath turned left into the bikes’ path, according to Clarksville Police, who say Tommy Tuchscherer sustained internal injuries when he was thrown onto the hood and windshield of the car.
Brewster sustained a serious leg injury and the two men had to be taken by Lifeflight to Vanderbilt. Ms. Tuchscherer was treated and released for minor injuries at Gateway Medical Center.
The investigation into the wreck continues and charges are pending.
