The Christian County Grand Jury indicted 11 people today for various charges including sexual abuse of a minor, burglary and trafficking in a controlled substance.
The Grand Jury indicted 63-year old Samuel Hancock of Binns Mill Road, Herndon for 1st degree sexual abuse after he allegedly forced a minor to engage in sexual activity with him on December 3rd, 2011.
Meanwhile, 53-year old Archie Yates of Catlettsburg, Kentucky was indicted by the Grand Jury for 1st degree rape, two counts of 1st degree sodomy involving a victim under the age of 12 years old, two counts of 1st degree sexual abuse for allegedly forcing a minor to engage in sexual activity on two separate occasions and engaged in deviate sexual intercourse with two minors under the age of 12 years old sometime last year.
The Grand Jury also indicted 35-year old Lisa Loving of North Street, Hopkinsville for 2ns degree burglary and knowingly receiving stolen property over $500.
According to her indictment, Loving knowingly possessed eight boxes of stolen vinyl siding worth over $500 and unlawfully entered a Grand Orchard residence with the intent to commit a crime in January.
25-year old Ian Murphy of Dale Terrace, Clarksville and 22-year old Robert Cotton III were both indicted by the Christian County Grand Jury for trafficking in a controlled substance.
