A Clarksville man was cited into court for drugs and solicitation of a prostitute charges last night.
The report from Clarksville Police says 47-year old Clint Coslett of Montana Avenue was pulled over for not using a turn signal on Beech St. around 9:18pm and that the officer immediately smelled the odor of marijuana in the vehicle.
Police also saw a passenger in the vehicle who is reportedly a known prostitute in Clarksville. Officer Dennis Honholt asked Coslett what his relationship with the woman was and he reportedly changed his story several times.
The female reportedly told police he had offered her 40 dollars for sex and had already paid 20 up front. Officers say they found a pill bottle containing marijuana in the vehicle and that Coslett’s driver’s license had been suspended.
He was cited into court on patronizing prostitution and drug possession charges.
