A Louisville man was arrested in Hopkinsville Saturday morning for his fourth DUI in the last five years.
Hopkinsville Police were called to the area of 9th and Main around 2 a.m. for the report of an individual stopped and asleep behind the wheel. The arrest citation says officers found 30-year old Kevin Herring of Louisville with his head all the way back on the head rest of his seat with the vehicle stopped, but running and still in drive.
Herring allegedly refused a blood test and failed a field sobriety test. He was arrested and charged with his fourth DUI in the last five years and with driving on a DUI suspended license.
