U.S. Senator Rand Paul of Bowling Green says he's insulted by accusations of plagiarism in his speeches.
Senator Paul said on ABC's "This Week" he will not take people saying he is dishonest, misleading or misrepresenting lightly. Paul also said such accusations make him wish dueling were legal in Kentucky.
While he denies any intentional plagiarism, he admits there have been times when he's been sloppy.
He told the program that 98 percent of his speeches are off the cuff and that it is hard to attribute sources the way one would do in an academic paper.
