In other action, the board approved two new members to the Local Planning Committee, which is required for them to reconvene and amend the facilities plan to reflect changes to the proposed Pembroke Elementary School expansion project with board member Theresa Moss making the motion to approve it.
The board also approved the purchase of five school buses for a total cost of $480,783 and went into closed session and took no action.
