One of the suspects accused in the murder of an Oak Grove man has been indicted by a Montgomery County Grand Jury.
The Leaf Chronicle reports 38-year old Coray Knight of Clarksville was indicted on charges of first-degree murder, felony murder, two counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, three counts of aggravated kidnapping, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.
Knight, 65-year-old Frederick Persinger and 45-year-old Kelly Hufford are all accused of conspiring to kill 53-year old Jimmy Boyer of Oak Grove on May 18th. Boyer’s body was found on West Fork Drive near the Exit 1 area that morning and the paper reports his remains had been burned
Police say Knight and Persinger were told to kill the victim by Hufford, who was the Boyer’s girlfriend.
