Two Cadiz women were injured in a wreck on the Eagle Way Bypass Saturday morning.
The incident happened shortly after 8 o'clock, according to the report from Hopkinsville Police Officer Robert Sibal, which says 47-year old Nikita Barbee of Cadiz was stopping at the Cox Mill Road intersection when she was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by 49-year old James Aldridge of Gracey.
The impact pushed both vehicles through the intersection before they finally came to rest. Ms. Barbee and her passenger, 58-year old Mildred Mayes of Cadiz, were both taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
Aldridge was not injured. Everyone involved was wearing a seat belt.
