Hopkinsville Police arrested a man on DUI charges last night after he allegedly ran off the road and drove through several yards.
The report from Sgt. Kyle Spurlin says 31-year old Bryan Wimbleduff of Cerulean had been northbound on Pyle Lane just before 8 o'clock when he ran off the road and into a ditch. His car then traveled through four yards, before striking a utility pole guide wire and snapping it in half.
Wimbleduff kept going with two flat tires and a busted oil pan and police followed the oil trail and found his disabled car on Caidz Road. He was arrested and charged with DUI and blew a .177 on the breath test at the Christian County Jail—over twice the legal limit.
