There should be comfortable weather for the 3rd Annual Kelly Little Green Men Days this weekend and organizers are expecting a large crowd.
Kelly Community Organization President Frank Brown says the event has grown exponentially each year and he's already heard from people across the region and country who intend on being at the festival.
Brown says the Kelly Community Organization came up with the festival idea as a way to raise money to one day build a community center and park.
Activities get underway Friday evening at 5 and continue through about 9. The festival resumes Saturday morning at 9 with a day full of music, booths, and food. Geraldine Sutton Stith will tell the story of the alleged extra-terrestrial landing Friday night at 5:30 and Saturday afternoon at 1.
