A wreck on Providence Boulevard in Clarksville Sunday injured three people, including one who sustained a broken neck.
Clarksville Police say Lathen Hogan of Chapmansboro ran a red light and struck a vehicle driven by Trevor Allen of Fort Campbell, who was turning left onto Peachers Mill Road.
Hogan continued on and ran into a guide wire at a nearby car wash. Witnesses said Hogan tried to leave the scene, but was unsuccessful. He would eventually be taken to Gateway Medical Center and then transferred to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment of a broken neck and possible internal injuries. Police say he was not wearing a seat belt.
Allen was taken by ambulance to Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and his passenger was transported to Gateway.
A blood sample was given by Hogan, but police do not believe alcohol to be a factor.
